چکیده
Abstract Understanding intra-specific variation in leaf functional traits is one of the key requirements for evaluation species adaptive capacity to ongoing climate change, as well designing long-term breeding and conservation strategies. Hence, data 19 describing plant physiology, antioxidant properties, anatomy morphology were determined on 1-year-old seedlings wild cherry ( Prunus avium L.) half-sib lines. The variability within among lines, estimation multi-trait association, examined using analysis variance (ANOVA) followed by Tukey's honestly significant difference test multivariate analyses: principal component (PCA), canonical discriminant (CDA) stepwise (SDA). Pearson’s correlation coefficient was used evaluate linear between study parameters. results ANOVA showed presence statistically differences P < 0.01) lines all traits. observed through contribution sources total (%), had higher impact majority PCA strong relationships gas exchange plants size stomatal density, biomass accumulation, intercellular CO 2 concentration parameters related plants. Phosphoenolpyruvate carboxykinase in cherry (Prunus avium L.) fruit during development.
In this study the abundance and location of phosphoenolpyruvate carboxykinase (PEPCK) was determined in the flesh and skin of the sweet cherry (Prunus avium L.) cultivar Durone Nero II during development. PEPCK was not present in young fruit but appeared in both tissues as the fruit increased in size. In these there was no net dissimilation of malic acid, which accounts for the bulk of their or...
متن کاملanalysis of morphological variability in wild cherry (prunus avium l.) genetic resources from central serbia
in thirty-three wild cherry (prunus avium l.) accessions from central serbia, tree, leaf, fruit, and stone morphological characters were evaluated during three consecutive years. the goal was to detect relationships between the genotypes and to identify the most useful traits for discrimination among them. the study revealed a high variability in the set of the evaluated wild cherry accessions ...
متن کاملInternal levels of plant growth regulators during in vitro culture of wild cherry ( Prunus avium L
In vitro micropropagation of wild cherry is presently one of the main commercial ways to clonally propagate this species (Cornu and Boulay, 1986). In order to extend this technique to a large number of clones, it seems necessary to improve our knowledge of the behavior of the explants during the in vitro culture. Since plant growth regulators (PGR) play an important role in this technique (Marg...

Microsatellite markers were used to describe the genetic variability of four seed stands of wild cherry (Prunus avium L.). One hundred and thirty one individuals were genotyped at ten nuclear microsatellite loci. Total genetic diversity was high (H(E) = 0.704), while differences between stands were small but significant (F(ST) = 0.053, G'(ST) = 0.234). There was a significant amount of clonal r...
